| A. | No, it is fiber optic based. The only power required is for the monitoring equipment at its location. |

How many SmartSWITCHes can be used in a system? |
| A. | 20-24 switches per OTDR on a typical installation. Of course, multiple OTDRs can be used to expand to as many as needed. |

| A. | Yes, when used with our OTDR based software, an exact location of where a breach has taken place displays within seconds. |

| A. | Single-mode fiber is most suitable for longer distances. |

| A. | 4 fibers at a minimum are usually required. The LightLOC system monitors locations in two different directions for redundancy. |
