Network Level System Installation
LightLOC engineers provide installation services for the Network Level Monitoring Equipment and software due to the complexity of the software and system configuration. These installation services include installing and programming all head-end equipment, training the system to monitor the unique system installed, and performing an on-site acceptance test of all system and software functionality. The customer is provided a turn key solution. Operational and administrative training for system users is also included with every Network Level System.
The customer must provide the rack-space for mounting the equipment and a static IP Address for each OTDR. The rack-space requirements for the installed equipment are as follows:
Server - 2U
Rack Mount OTDR Chassis (up to 4 OTDRs/2 lines) - 3U
Rack-Mount KVM – 1U
